Heartache for Croft as red card stands

Last updated : 23 January 2004 By Michael Morris
Gary Croft started his first game for over a month at Bradford last Saturday and was sent off with a straight red card for a foul on Danny Cadimarteri.

The club appealed but today the Welsh FA decided the red card should stand and felt they did not need to further investigate the claim.

Croft will miss the games against Nottingham Forest on Jan 31st, Derby on Feb 7th and W.B.A on Feb 14th.

Richard Langley has received 9 yellow cards this season so far. One more and he will be out for two games.
