What a start for Leo FW and Gareth Ainsworth. Both players scored twice on their league debuts for Doncaster and QPR respectively.

Leo softned up Leyton Orient with two goals in 15 second half minutes. Donny won 3 - 1 and now Orient come to Ninian Park on Tuesday in the Carling Cup. Matt Brazier played 90 mins for Orient. (report).

Gareth Ainsworth took just 4 mins to become a superstar at Loftus Rd, he also scored in the 69th minute as promotion favourites Rangers absolute slaughtered Blackpool 5 - 0. (report).

Andy Legg and Andy Jordan were on opposite sides as Hartlepool won a 7 goal thriller at London Rd. Jordan therefore the happier of the two players. Both players completed the game. (report).

Des Hamilton started his Grimsby career with a 2 - 2 draw at Plymouth. Next for Des is a trip to face Leo at Doncaster in the Carling Cup. (report).

Steve Jenkins was on the end of a 5 - 0 drubbing by Bristol City as his Notts County team made the worse possible start to the season. (report).
