Huddersfield will play Premier League football next season after a penalty shoot out victory over Reading at Wembley.

The sides ground out a terrible 0 - 0 draw after 120 minutes and it was Huddersfield, with Mark Hudson on the bench, who won 4-3 on penalties. They join Brighton and Newcastle as the promoted teams.
