Hulse update.

WBA have had an un-disclosed offer for Rob Hulse turned down by Crewe. The latest written offer for the player has come from Norwich who are waiting to see if their request is successful.

As City have proved having an offer accepted is in no way an indication of a deal going through but it's a start.
