Dave Jones wants three more players to add to his squad and he doesn't want to lose anymore.

Jones has come out and challenged Peter Ridsdale to back his ambition by getting the men he wants. Speaking from the teams hotel in Portugal Jones said.

"I want three more players in and the chairman knows who they are.

"If I can bring all three in then Cardiff City will have one hell of a squad for the new season.

"I don't want to lose the three I have asked for. Does the chairman have the courage to go for it?"

"We have to stop selling our best players at some stage," he continued.

"I can't keep building if we keep selling."

In one of the more revealing interviews Jones has done ages he tells Terry Phillips of the Echo about his ambitions, the players he's signed already, the state of the club today compared to when he arrived and what happened at the end of last season.
