Idriss Saadi has left Clermont Foot in France to become a City player.

He was Ligue 2’s top scorer with 11 goals in 22 appearances last season before injury ruled him out in January.

It's a surprise signing that can be seen as low risk but hopefully will turn out to be successful.

Meanwhile, Spanish striker Javi Guerra has finally left the club to join Rayo Vallecano while Etien Velikonja has completed a season-long loan deal to Lierse S.K.
