The following is advice for supporters who have already bought valid tickets for the Cardiff City trip to West Ham on Bank Holiday Monday - specifically those as yet to receive their vouchers or (if London based and pre-arranged) tickets.

The Ticket Office would ask that supporters in this situation collate all details today (Sunday), including any booking references and all important contact information including a mobile phone number. Please keep emails to the point to help a quick reply.

They should then email the ticket office via tickets@cardiffcityfc.co.uk from which any enquiries will be looked at first thing on Monday. The ticket office will then call to arrange the best plans to assure everyone gets to the game.

For those travelling by train on Monday, West Ham have sent the following information for Cardiff City supporters travelling between Paddington and Upton Park:

"London Underground are undertaking engineering work on the Circle line between Edgware Road to Aldgate (via Kings Cross); on the Metropolitan line between Baker Street to Aldgate; and on the Hammersmith and City line between Moorgate to Barking on Monday 7th May 2012.

Cardiff City supporters travelling to the match at Upton Park from Paddington station are advised to use southbound Bakerloo line services from Paddington to Oxford Circus, then change for eastbound Central line services to Mille End, and then finally change for eastbound District line services to Upton Park"
