Des Hamilton and Scott Young are City's main summer injury worries. Hamilton is awaiting the results of a scan on his left thigh. He has been troubled with a problem in this area before. City are keen to get the problem rectified ahead of next season, the Echo reports.

Scott Young has had treatment on his groin injury and he is waiting for the doctors to decide if surgery or rest will sort him out.

As mentioned above Daniel Gabbidon has overcome his ankle ligament problem while Josh Low is fit after hamstring trouble. Gavin Gordon is also fit but is working throughout the summer on a strength and stability programme.

Two players are stuggling to make it in time for next season. Andy Jordan is off to Lilleshall as he tries to overcome a knee injury and out of contract Kurt Nogan is also due to go to Lilleshall as he recovers after an achillies injury.

City's other injured players all returned to action at the end of last season, Andy Legg, Jason Bowen and Andy Campbell all saw first team action while Lee Kendall was an FAW cup final substitute.
