C:WindowsTempphp6171.tmpAs previously reported David Marhsall kept a clean sheet as Scotland beat Ireland in Glasgow last night in a Euro qualifier. The Scots face England on Tuesday in a freindly at Hampden Park.

Anthony Pilkington was an unused sub for Ireland in the game against Scotland. He may get a chance when the Irish face the USA in Dublin on Tuesday.

Mats Daehli played 58 minutes of Norway's 1 - 0 friendly defeat against Estonia in midweek. The Norwegians face Azerbaijan in Baku on Sunday afternoon in a qualifying game.

Aron Gunnarsson (pictured v Belgium)played half of Iceland's 3 - 1 friendly defeat in Belgium on wednesday. Iceland will be hoping to keep up their 100% Euro 2016 record when they face the Czech Republic at the Doosan Arena (Plzeň) on Sunday. The match is made more exciting because the Czech's also have a 100% record.

Danny Gabbidon is in the Wales squad for the massive qualifying match against Belgium in Brussels on Sunday. Gabbidon will add experience to the squad but is unlikely to get past the bench.

Bruno Manga is in Africa with Gabon as they face two African Cup of Nations qualifiers against Angola (today 3pm) and on Wednesday against Lesotho (6pm). Manga missed Cardiff's last game through injury.

Kenwyne Jones went home to the Carribean after City's win over Leeds. He was given compasionate leave after the murders of two family members in Trindad a couple of weeks ago. Jones then stayed to play in the Carribean Cup. He scored twice as Trinidad beat Curaçao 3 - 2 on Tuesday and Trinidad beat French Guiana 4 - 2 on Friday without Jones. The 'Soca Warriors' face Cuba tonight needing a point to make Tuesday's final.
