International starts tonight for Kavanagh and Vidmar

Suspended Graham Kavanagh is cleared to play for tonight international friendly between the Republic and Croatia. Kav's ban is domestic so he has been chosen to start tonight for Ireland.

Alan Lee does not make the starting line up.
