Jones guilty, but no touchline ban

The matter refers to City's 3 - 3 draw at Kenilworth Rd against Luton last season. Jones was less than complimentary about referee Andy Woolmer. He claimed the official "bottled" a last minute penalty decision and used the word "cheating" in his post match rant.

Jones has been given a £1,000 suspended fine but no touchline ban. If he offends again this season the fine will become payable.

The club were also fined £1,000 for the behaviour of the players towards the referee.
