Supporters have until 31 December to buy one and will be refunded if Cardiff win promotion to the Premier League.
The scheme aims to raise £3m for Jones to use in the January transfer window as they push for the Premier League.
"It will be fantastic as it means we'll be able to strengthen the squad and give everyone a lift," said Jones.
