Jones to go with what he's got

It leaves City with only one recognised centre half for the visit of the leagues bottom club.

Jones will have to play players out of their normal position to put his XI on the field. It's been suggested that Simon Walton may drop to centre half to partner Roger Johnson.

Glenn Loovens is suspended while Darren Purse is injured. The game is too soon for Riccy Scimeca who could have dropped back into defence.

Kevin McNaughton could come into midfield to replace Walton but I'd prefer to see McNaughton at full back with Ledley in midfield, a more natural positon for him.

Up front Michael Chopra will play with Steve Thompson and Jason Byrne should be fit for the bench. Chopra has come in for some stick this week after his comments on radio 5 last Monday. (click here).

Leeds duo Alan Thompson and Eddie Lewis are both hoping to have recovered from their respective ankle injuries.

Keeper Graham Stack is pushing for a return, while Richard Cresswell is set to take a place on the bench again.
