Dave Jones has warned his players that if they do not regain their previous form he'll be looking to replace them in the transfer window.
With City's on the pitch form falling like a stone Jones has seen his side lose a 6 point lead at the top and now find themselves 7 points behind the new leaders Birmingham City. In fact of City lose at Leicester next Saturday we could even drop as low as 9th in the table. The collapse has been catstrophic.
"These players have got until that window opens to get back to what they were doing," said Jones.
"Rather than look for two or three players, I might have to go to Peter and say I need six or seven because these aren't doing it. I don't think that's the case because these players got us to the top. But I've got the gun and I'm saying don't give me the bullet, because I will fire it."
