Kav has been at Lilleshall receiving treatment on his injured ankle but now he's back and raring to go
"My ankle didn't feel right at the end of last season, but now, after working flat out under supervision at Lilleshall, I'm in good shape" Kav told the Echo
"The time spent there was of tremendous benefit.
"I'm buzzing and maybe, looking back, the time I spent out injured will help me next season. I have scarcely had a break for 10 years, but now I feel great. I feel really excited about the new season, particularly after our successful first season back in Division One."
