Hextalls, Langston's solicitors, released a statement on Thursday saying the success of the club is in the best interests of everybody.
It also reiterated Langston's view that the company had lost confidence in the board of directors at Cardiff City.
Cardiff City chairman Peter Ridsdale refused to comment on the statement.
Previously Cardiff's board have said they would have no option but to put the club into administration if they lost the court case on 10 December.
That was because they would have no way of paying the £24m - and could not run as an insolvent business.
The Hextalls statement said: ''With no prompting by Langston, Cardiff City Football Club has suddenly raised the spectre of administration for CCFC. "Although Cardiff City FC are categorically stating that it is not CCFC's intention to place the Club into administration, Langston questions why the Club has raised the issue at all.
"The Club has also stated that Langston is going to force the Club into administration if a significant judgement is obtained against it.
''Hextalls is instructed to state that administration is not an option being considered by them. The success of the Club on and off the pitch and the completion of the Stadium is in the interests of everybody.
"All that Langston wants is to be paid what is due to it. As Langston has previously stated it has lost confidence in the board of directors who should relinquish control of the Club to Langston.
"Should the Club put itself into administration it will be the Club's decision and it will have to bear the responsibility to its fans and creditors.
''Losing 10 points could just be the tip of the iceberg and the future of the Club will consequently be put under immense pressure.
"It has been reported that if the Club went in to administration, the Club would be handed to its biggest secured creditor, PMG Estates.
"Langston, for the avoidance of any doubt, has commenced proceedings against PMG challenging its right to be a secured creditor.
''Hextalls are aware that the above matter has caused concern to the Club's staff, players and supporters, and wishes to reiterate Langston's commitment to resolving these issues to the benefit of Cardiff City FC and all concerned."
