Langston deal agreed

Peter Ridsdale, the club's chairman and chief executive said on the club's web site, "On behalf of Cardiff City Football Club, I would like to thank the Langston Corporation for their co-operation in this matter and Mr Sam Hammam for helping to facilitate this agreement."

The threat of legal action has now been lifted with the agreement in place and it opens the door for new investors to come into the club.

It's now thought that with there being a fixed payment plan in place for Langston that the Malaysians can make a move into CCFC.

The uncertainty over recent weeks about the clubs future may very well have been lifted and CCFC could be about to embark on a new era.
