Langstone denied the right to appeal

Langston made an application for a Summary Judgement which if they would have won would have meant immediate payback of the loan owed to the mysterious company.

However the Judge ruled in City's favour in March and then refused to allow Langston the right to appeal. Langston applied to the Court of Appeal to overturn that decision but the club have today announced that Langston failed in that application.

Now they have to either agree to the original terms of the loan, make an out of court settlement or risk taking the club to a full court hearing.

Option 3 is a risk becuase they have twice failed in their efforts in court so far.

The club do not doubt the debt. Just the terms of payment.
