C:WindowsTempphpF922.tmpThe Trust is providing new plastic membership cards. The first batch for members with surnames A-H will be available for collection at the Trust office between 4pm and 4.45pm before the Wolves game on Saturday. The remainder will be available for collection for the following home league game on Saturday, September 12.

Any members unable to collect their card from the Trust office should email members@ccfctrust.org and we will arrange for the card to be posted out to you.

Thanks to one of our excellent membership team, John Sithers, for his sterling work on this project.

ABERDARE Q&A

We had great night of football chat at The Plough Inn in Aberaman, Aberdare with Jason Perry and Rob Phillips. We thank them for giving up their time and providing an entertaining evening.

Also thanks to the landlord Jeff Cleaton, who is a Trust member, for hosting this successful event.

To hold further events outside of Cardiff, we need people to organise locally to ensure there is a good crowd, as happened at The Plough.

M&S GIFT CARD

Congratulation to Mike Payne of Cardiff, who is the winner of the Trust's August draw for members. Mike wins a £10 Marks & Spencer gift card.

TRUST OFFICE

We'll be open 90 minutes before kick-off in the Wolves game. We have programmes from last season and the Premier League season available for purchase for between £1 and £3 as well as programmes from the 1970s onwards. Call in and have a look.

The Trust board has agreed a set of aims for the Trust over the new season.

They are:

Dialogue - To represent the views of members and ensure effective dialogue between them and Cardiff City AFC.

Participation and Representation – To increase supporters’ influence in general and campaign for supporter representation on the club board.

Community Activities – To help strengthen the links and understanding between the club, its supporters and the community it serves.

Connection - To work with stakeholders, opinion formers, other supporters’ bodies and organisations so that the Trust develops as a positive, inclusive and representative group.
