Clubs have been linked to Ledley with suggestions Everton were preparing a big money offer. But things have gone very quiet. Hardly any speculation at all.
"People keep saying: 'What about Joe Ledley?'"said Peter Ridsdale, "and he keeps on playing for Cardiff City.
"As far as I'm concerned Joe will be our player when we kick off the season on 9 August."
I'd like to think he will still be a City player on August 9th. I'd like it even more if he was still a City player on September 1st.
