Lee after a Brazil shirt

CARDIFF CITY striker Alan Lee is dreaming about giving Ronaldo's Brazil shirt pride of place in his new Cardiff home.

The Bluebirds' £850,000 signing has been named in the Republic of Ireland squad for their glamour friendly against the World Cup holders in Dublin on February 18.

And Lee said, "It would be nice to say I was on the pitch with Ronaldo - and even better to get his shirt after the game.

"To be honest, it would be great to get any shirt worn by a Brazilian who plays in the game.

"This is a match every Irish footballer would want to be involved in. To play against Brazil is a once in a career opportunity.

"There is a kind of magic about Brazil and Brazilian footballers. Players like Ronaldo and Roberto Carlos are legends."

The Bluebirds striker went on, "They do tend to put out a very strong team for friendlies. I looked at the side that played Jamaica recently and nearly every one of their star men were involved.
