The two Cardiff players should face each other at The Valley on Wednesday when Ireland play Jamaica for the runners up spot in the mini tournament that also included Nigeria.

The Super Eagles have already won the group with wins over both Ireland and Jamaica.

Ireland lost 3 - 0 last weekend with Lee playing the whole game. He will start once again to earn his 6th cap. This time he will play alongside Clinton Morrison.

Tony Vidmar played 90 mins as his Australian team won 9 - 0 against Tahiti. The Aussies are playing several games in a short space of time against several tiny Oceanic nations as well as rivals New Zealand. The winners get the chance to go forward for World Cup qualifications.

The next game sees the Socceroo's take on Fiji on Wednesday. Tony Vidmar against starts for the Aussies.

So far Australia have beaten New Zealand 1 - 0 (Sat 29th May), Tahiti 9 - 0(Mon 31st May) and next play Fiji (2nd June).

Then two more games against Vanuatu on Friday and the Solomon Islands on Sunday.

Amazingly the two top teams in these qualifying games have to wait until September 2005 before playing off agaisnt each other for the right to face a South American side for a place in the 2006 World Cup.
