Jay Bothroyd

"Personally, I want to be back in the Premiership as soon as possible," said Bothroyd. "That's where I believe I should be playing. I have under-achieved through my career and I guess that was down to immaturity.

"Now, with Cardiff City, I have grown up as a person and a footballer. I want to play at the highest level and mix it with the top teams."

Steve McPhail

"We've been preparing for this game now for a couple of weeks. We're confident and looking forward to it.

"There will be huge expectation on all four teams competing in the play-offs. There'll be ups and downs in both legs of the semi final; it's how you deal with the downs and come back from them that counts."

Matty Fryatt

"I was involved in the Cardiff games this season and we have nothing to be scared of.

"We have shown all season we are a good team and hopefully we can do it. There is no reason why we can't get to the final and win."

Dave Jones

"We approach these games in the same way as any games. Why change?

"There's no reason we should now start chopping and changing our philosophy on how we go about things.

"You focus on each game, but there are people in each camp who think they can do it and some in each camp who worry they won't.

"What you have to do is stay focused."

Steve Claridge

"To be honest, I would love to see Cardiff in the Premiership. It would definitely shake things up a bit.

"If Cardiff can make it this season it would be a massive boost to football in the area and in many ways it is an area that deserves top-flight football."
