It's a strker hunt so far in the "who will Cardiff City sign" speculation drama.

Lennie has made quotes confiming Juan Ugarte from Wrexham and he has also mentioned Jevons from Yeovil.

"We have an interest in Ugarte. He's different to what we've already got at the club. He's 24, he's a goalscorer and, most importantly, he's a free. I think there will be a lot of interest in him.," said Lennie.

"Phil Jevons is a talented boy. I gave him his first major move when I took him to Grimsby from Everton four years ago," Lawrence continued to the Western Mail.

"He did very well in League Two last season and he's going to cost money. Yeovil will want £200,000-£250,000 for him.

"But we know Ugarte has done it in the next division up and he's not going to cost money."

Other names mentioned include James Hayter from Bournemouth, Hartlepool's Adam Boyd, Swindon's Sam Parkin and Luke Beckett from Oldham.
