Lennie ponders over Leo

Will Lennie call Leo FW back into Saturdays starting line up?

"It is in my thoughts, but I haven't made a decision," Lawrence told the Echo.

"The team who played against Stockport County and Brentford put in two decent performances and won both matches. That has to be weighed against Fortune-West's major input and influence away."

"I will always give it serious thought before I leave him out of an away match. He has been a massive figure in our away performances.

"And I don't think he is just a big player who merely unsettles the opposition - he contributes far more than that.

"Look at the way he set up a goal for Robert Earnshaw at Boston United, going past the full-back and pulling the ball back perfectly. He is our own Emile Heskey."

City expect to have the same 16 on duty for Saturday's game. Jason Bowen played the full 90 mins for the reserves yesterday while Scott Young came through 45 mins. It's thought that Saturdays game is too soon for either to get back into the squad.

"We have people coming back from injury," Lawrence continued.

"That will strengthen the squad again, but our immediate task is to take three points at Notts County on Saturday. That will leave a maximum of one or two clubs ahead of us. I'm quite happy being tucked in just behind the leaders - as long as nobody gets away at the top."
