Likely line up for QPR

Bench at best for Jason and Leo FW
Martyn Margetson was rested from the midweek reserve game and looks certain to start only his second league game of the season. The first was v Wycombe last year. Neil Alexander was away with Scotland, we won and Martyn kept a clean sheet.

Alexander this time is injured, Lennie will play him if he is fit but it's rated as doubtful.

There is better news on Steve Jenkins. His is fit after missing the Wales game last weekend and is expected to keep his place. Scott Young is still injured and will miss the game.

Margetson's inclusion looks like being the only change from the team that beat Mansfield.

Rhys Weston is completing his recovery from illness and injury and may get a place on the bench. It would be a major shock if Daniel Gabbidon made an appearance and an even bigger one if Gareth Whalley or Andy Campbell were involved but all four players just mentioned are knocking on the door and if all goes well for the players in next Wednesdays reserve team game then we could start to see them emerge in the squad for Chesterfield and Peterborough.

Gabbidon has targetted the Chesterfield game for his first start since November 9th. Over 5 months.

City - probable v QPR
Margetson, Jenkins, Prior, Barker, Croft, Ainsworth, Boland, Kav, Mahon, Earnie, Thorne.

Subs from Walton, Legg, Weston, Bonner, Bowen, Gordon, Collins, Leo FW
(if needed - but extremely unlikely - Gabbidon, Whalley and Campbell).
