A City reserve team enjoyed a 2 - 0 win at Llanelli last night.

Andy Campbell scored the opener with Toni Koskela scoring the second goal.

Team line up

Margetson, Taylor, Jacobson, Anthony, Parslow, Fleetwood, Fish, Koskella, Ledley, Campbell, Ferretti.

Joe Ledley played 45 mins as he returns from injury and there were run outs for Koslela and Ferretti and Andy Campbell played and scored.

Martyn Margetson was in goal and there was a start for left back Joe Jacobsen. Joe was on standby for Wales U21's but has now been called into the squad for Tuesday's game against Malta, ironically at Llanelli. Congratulations to him.

That was the last pre season game for Paul Wilkinson's side. Next Tuesday they face Luton Town in the play off between the winners of each district in the Pontins Holiday Combination League. Cardiff won Wales and West while Luton won Central and East.

This coming season the league is split into three groups. Central, Wales & West and East.

City start the defence of their title away at Swansea on August 24th.
