Local boy Ledley looking towards Liberty smash and grab

Ledley scored last season in the 2 - 2 League draw between the sides and he hopes this time he can score again with City bringing all three points back to the Capital. Joe is yet to hit the target for Cardiff this season.

"Swansea, being a Cardiff boy, is one of the fixtures you look out for and I hope to get off the mark and score against Swansea," said Ledley.

"I'm looking forward to it. We want to go there, get the points and get out of there."

After getting booked early in the League Cup game last season that Swansea won Joe knows only too well it's important to keep your discipline.

"It is a great derby to play in. We must focus on the game, players must not make silly tackles and don't get needless bookings."

City will be without Michael Chopra, out because of suspension and Steve McPhail, out injured. Last season McPhail was sent off in both games against Swansea at the Liberty.
