"When I moved from Cardiff to the Scottish Premier League it was the right time," said Loovens.
"I don't regret it as moving is part of football.
"But I always look out for Cardiff's results.
"I still have many friends in South Wales and I have nothing but good memories of Cardiff, Ninian Park and the club's supporters."
