Some of the national papers are claiming that Cardiff are favourites to take Wilfried Zaha on loan from Manchester United.
Zaha has barely featured this season for United after signing for them for a reported £10m one year ago. He went back to Crystal Palace on loan for the remainder of last season.
There are suggestions that Palace and Newcastle are also enquiring about loaning him from David Moyes.
Tom Ince's name is also still being mentioned with a possible move to Cardiff but there's also said to be interest from Swansea and Everton.
Hannover 96 striker Mame Biram Diouf is another player linked. He has previously played for Man Utd and Molde.
Diouf is a Senegalese international and has scored five goals in 12 games for the German side this season.
