M4 relief for homeward bound travellers

The Agency has adopted a common sense policy and will guage the flow of traffic and close the motorway when it feels the majority of returning Cardiff fans have passed by.
Vince Alm told www.ccmb.co.uk "Good news South Wales police made a request for a delayed closing of the M4 between juction 16 & 17 on Saturday to the highways authority, which they have accepted. They will now monitor traffic, and make a decision to close it once traffic levels decrease."
