“Then up at Burnley to win the title and celebrate in front of two or three thousand fans was unbelievable.

“But to lift the trophy in front of 27,000 on Saturday and physically have the medals and title will live with me forever.

“I was lucky enough to do a bus tour at Norwich, West Ham and Watford – but you can’t get enough of that.

“I think there will be 100,000 people in the city – I think it will be something we remember for the rest of our lives.”

The open top bus will run from Cardiff Castle at approx 5:45pm on Sunday to Cardiff Bay before a fireworks display bring the evening to an end.
