Malky Mackay's career has been shot to pieces by a damning report into his time at Cardiff City.
Allegations of racism, sexism and homophobia have been submitted to the Premier League in a dossier complied by Cardiff City.
Malky, and his colleague Ian Moody have both been reported. The story is quite incredible.
