C:WindowsTempphp7B53.tmpReports today suggest thast The FA will not persue Maly Mackay and Iain Moody for their alleged “sexist, racist and homophobic” text messages.

The Football Association see them as private correspondance and as they did when sexist emails from Premier League chief executive Richard Scudamore came to light earlier in the year, they are set to dismiss following the matter citing that its policy was not to act on “private communications”.

Malky was set to become Crystal Palace manager when the alleged text scandal was revealed. Moody, who was working at Palace resigned after the story broke.
