"I wanted the commitment from the players in the second half and we got that. But I am so frustrated at our defending in the first half and to let a striker run straight through twice is terribly disappointing.

"Their strikers effectively bullied our two defenders and I do feel there is complacency among the players now with us having a lengthy injury list."

"We are getting stronger but injuries are becoming a bit of a bugbear for us. Kevin Cooper goes in for a knee operation tomorrow and Jason has done his groin again and tweaked his knee.

"It will test us a little bit because we are only running with a 19-man squad and two of those are goalkeepers.

"But it's a nice feeling to be fifth and I'd rather be where I am than be down the bottom end. We attacked them, we didn't sit back and I thought it was a good, high-tempo 45 minutes which has got us the win."
