"The result was massively disappointing. We had 15 minutes when we fell to bits. We went from in control to hanging on and we could have lost it.

"It feels like a defeat because they could easily have had a third. Philosophically, I suppose it is another game without defeat but at the moment it doesn't feel like that.

"I told my players not to underestimate Rotherham because we knew they could keep going and that is just what they did."
