Martyn Margetson joins England from Wales

C:WindowsTempphp23DC.tmpMartyn Margetson has joined Paul Trollope in stepping down from his coaching role with Wales. But the 44 year former City keeper will take up a new coaching role with England.

He will combine his international duties with his role as goalkeeping coach at Cardiff City.

"This is a great opportunity and I am excited to be working alongside Sam again," he said.

"I know what he can bring to a squad and also to the coaching staff."

Margetson takes over from Dave Watson as Allardyce reshuffles his backroom staff.

Paul Trollope's departure from the Wales set up was confirmed today.
