Masters Football is the popular over 35's competition that's televised live on Sky Sports. For the first time Cardiff City are taking part in the regional event which sees the winners of the groups going forward to a national final.

The "Western Masters" involves Cardiff, Swansea, and the two Bristol sides and takes place this Sunday afternoon at the Ice Rink in Cardiff Bay. Tickets are available at £14 for adults and £10 for kids. The event is also live on Sky Sports.

Cardiff's squad is expected to include Andy Legg, Kurt Nogan, Damon Searle and Gavin Ward while players like Roger Freestaone, Andy Melville and John Cornforth will run out for the jacks.

It's a family event that will be full of banter as the ageing former pro's battle it out for the Western title.
