47 year old Yorkshire referee Martin Atkinson is the man in charge of Cardiff City's home game with Burnley on Sunday (4pm).

Atkinson has been a Premier League referee since 2004 / 2005 and has an FA Cup final and a League Cup final on his resume.

He has issued 21 yellow cards in six games officiated in the Premier league this season, and no red cards yet.

History shows his first game in charge of Cardiff City was the last ever FA Cup tie at Highbury when Arsenal beat City 2 - 1. The Gunners didn't play at home in the next round losing 1 - 0 at Bolton and moved to the Emirates the following season.
