Mr Eltringham makes a first visit to CCS after previously officiating City at away games in Barnsley, Burnley, Bolton and Middlesbrough.
His bio on the Football League website reads:
A talented footballer in his youth, Eltringham started refereeing aged 16. He was appointed to the EFLReferees List in 2009/10, and was the fourth official in the League Two Play-Off Final between Bradford City and Northampton Town 2013.
This season he's been in charge of nine games issueing 26 yellow cards and one red.
