Bobby Madley has been appointed in charge of Cardiff's home game with Reading, while Stuart Atwell in the referee for Birmingham v Fulham.
Madley has officiated in all four divisions this season and started the campaign in charge of the Community Shield between Arsenal and Chelsea.
In 29 games this season he has issued 100 yellow cards and five red.
