Matt Gabb's Leicester match reaction

First half saw some comedy defending from City, their goal looked offside at the time (but probably wasn't), and was unfortunate as it deflected horribly off Vidmar on the way in. Alexander made some good saves, Leicester hit the post when it looked easier to score. We could have been out of it by half time no problem. Macanuff was awful first half, and our forward options were as against Preston, the long hopeful hoof.

Second half the players came out fired up, McAnuff in particular was geeing up the City fans in the corner and the goal when it came was lovely. A great chipped free kick over the wall from Ardley and Walker never moved. Our fans were immense second half, really loud, Leicester's fans seemed to be getting a lot of hassle off the police to our left for standing up and stuff.

Leicester then hit the bar as the game went on and had Dabizas harshly sent off with 10 mins to go.

Tiatto looked class for them, he was everywhere. Collins had a snap shot to win it near the end, but I think a point was fair. Then a pushing and shoving match at the final whistle after Nalis smacked the ball straight at Macanuff after the end of the game.

Something odd though, as we were kept in, Jerome came out with Langley looking very upset. Couldn't really understand why.

Great point though, and our task is to do the same as Crewe in the last three games, or get one point less than Brighton.

The team still doesn't look right, Boland helped in midfield, I'd leave him there too. Ardley still isn't fit, he looks like the fat bloke who doesn't run at five a sides but can still play a bit and pick a pass. He can take free kicks and get a pass/cross though.

At the back we looked dodgy last night, Vidmar is losing interest fast, and up front Thorne had another mediocre night.
