Michael Ricketts signs for Burnley

Any lingering questions about whether Michael Ricketts will return to Ninian Park have been answered today with the Leeds striker signing for Burnley.

Ricketts did a job for City and contributed with 5 goals and I wish him luck at Burnley. The Clarets have just sold Ade Akinbiyi to Sheff Utd.

Burnley are also reported to have refused a request from Leicester to speak to Steve Cotterill regarding the vacant managers post at The Walkers Stadium.
