There has been no official list of released players announced by the Bluebirds but with Cox being told he can go he's joining the other out of contract players who are not expected to be offered new deals. They are Willie Boland, Martyn Margetson, Phil Mulryne, Guylain N'Dumbu-N'Sungu, who has already signed for Gillingham, and Jermaine Darlington.
Also youngsters Byron Anthony, Jon Kift, Nicky Fish, Danny Parslow, Anthony Taylor, Lee Worgan, Lloyd Jenkins and Tarek Khalil are all on their way out.
