The club via their website said last week
"The new Company, Cardiff City Stadium Limited, will ensure delivery of the new football stadium, athletics Stadium, house of sport with PMG Estates procuring financial guarantees to see this development through to completion. The retail development, highway improvements and infrastructure works will be carried out by the Capital Retail Park Partnership."
