New director for Cardiff City

He has a banking background and was involved with takeover of Man Utd by the Glazers.

Many years ago he had a trial at Crystal Palace so he has some football history.

Dalman is effectively replacing U-jiun Tan, the son of major Malaysian Investor Vince Tan as a director.

U-jiun is pursuing other business interests, and the club says the change will not affect its drive to progress.

It's thought that Dalman could have an important role in resolving the Langston issue.

There hasn't been an official statement made yet.
