No Assembly intervention as Stadium can go ahead

Sam Hammam was rejoicing last night as it was revealed that the Welsh Assembly had no objections to a new home for Cardiff City and the plans passed by the council a week or two ago could go ahead.

A jubilant Hammam contacted several "friends" to tell them to celebrate the news that the Assembly would not be contesting the decision of the planners to grant the go ahead for a new development at Leckwith.

Leaders of the Supporters Club, the Valley Rams and certain match reporters who write for this website (how the hell do you get the time off to still be in Milan NigelBlues?) were contacted by a very happy Sam who told them to buy champage and celebrate.
