No club yet for Alexander

The former City keeper could not agree a new contract with City and his term with the Bluebirds ended with him able to move as a free agent.

So far, despite being linked to a number of clubs, Alexander has not signed for a new team.

"Neil has had several offers from Championship clubs and some in Scotland," his agent, Andy Evans, told the Echo.

"But there is no immediate rush and he wants to be certain his decision now is the right one."
