No Euell or Carson?

There are reports also from Liverpool that Scott Carson will not be allowed to move anywhere for the time being after his inclusion into England's World Cup squad for Germany 2006.

Tony Finnigan has said his client, Jason Euell, will not be coming to Ninian Park. The 29 year old striker still has 1 year on his contract at the Valley.

"No disrespect to Cardiff at all but Jason Euell will not be going there and he, nor I, have had any talks," Finnigan told skysports.com.

"Jason wants to see what is happening at Charlton before anything and he is not currently looking to move.

"This has obviously stemmed from the fact that Sam Hammam knows Jason from their time together at Wimbledon and Jason is a big fan of Sam's, and respects him hugely.

"However, there are no talks and we are not planning any - this is all rubbish as far as we are concerned."

Meanwhile Liverpool Chief Exec Rick Parry has put on hold any potential moves for Scott Carson. The young keeper is expected to go out on loan from Anfield but his inclusion in Sven's squad for Germany after Robert Green's injury means that Parry has suspended talks with all parties regarding Scott.

Carson is still likely to go out on loan but the Reds want to sort out rheir No'2 situation before making any decisions.
