Peter Thorne's Magic Hat has been put up for sale on Ebay.
There have been over 2000 viewers to the page and so far 18 bids have been made for the legendary headware.
The description on Ebay reads
The item you are bidding on is a magic hat, formerly used by a former Cardiff City favourite, 'Peter Thorne'. Unfortunately due to certain club matters such as a £30million club debt, the "prolific" striker has been sold to fellow Nationwide Championship outfit 'Norwich City'. Obviously Peter was crying into his coffee when he heard the horrible news and was forced to pack up very quickly forgetting his much renowned "magic hat". The item is obviously of great value due to its various, somewhat unbelievable characteristics (detailed below), and could also very swiftly become a collectors item. A must have for any fan of the football superstar.
Item Specification:
1) The 'magic hat' is invisible to everybody. (obviously, it is magic after all)
2) The hat can greatly improve ones heading skills, leading to several pinpoint headers in and around the 6 yard box.
3) There may be many other useful applications for the hat, I have obviously not had it long so am unable to be too detailed, questions are welcomed.
Warnings:
1) The hat has but one master. Only one may bend it to his will, and he does not share power.
2) The hat will not protect it's owner, it is not unknown for the wearer of the hat to be sidelined for several months due to injury.
